Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Amazon clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that align with clients’ business objectives.
  • Set measurable goals and track performance metrics to ensure success.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Amazon Platform Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Amazon marketplace to optimize client listings and improve visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client performance data to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales growth through effective account management and strategic planning.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

  • 3 Years’ working experience at Amazon or an Amazon services agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the digital marketing or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and its ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
