Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Amazon clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that align with clients’ business objectives.
- Set measurable goals and track performance metrics to ensure success.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Amazon Platform Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Amazon marketplace to optimize client listings and improve visibility.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales growth through effective account management and strategic planning.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.

- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms for clients.

Qualifications
- 3 Years’ working experience at Amazon or an Amazon services agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the digital marketing or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and its ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
